I have a green card and i got a notice before the interview that they are reusing my biometrics. On the day I attended the interview, the system was down, so they couldn't take my photo or biometrics, and they wrote my civic answers on a paper, and my listening and writing test were on paper. I was informed that I passed but the case could not be approved because the system was down. The interviewer told me he would need to upload my answers into the system and approve the case there, when the system comes back up. The interviewer told me my oath ceremony notice will be in the mail. Its May 10 today and when I logged into my account there's no new notice, and the status of the case is still "interview is scheduled" and nothing new Has anyone encountered this...
